  • Orders of nine books or less to be shipped within the U.S.A. may be placed securely using the "PayPal" buttons. We offer significant discounts on orders of 10 books or more which MUST either be called in, faxed or e-mailed using the online form below.  International orders must also be called, faxed or e-mailed in so that we can calculate shipping charges properly.

Be smart and take advantage of "group buying" to get your best discount. If you have a business, email me, tell me WHICH business it is, and I'll send you an INFORMATION PACKET on how I will help you; no charge. For SOME books I have distribution centers in the UK and in Norway. The books will cost you LESS than if you had them shipped from here in the US, plus you will get them faster.

Truthfully, selling ONE or TWO books at a time is like picking ticks from a llama. However, I'll do it. I don't mean to offend those of you who DO want one or two books,  but if you're in BUSINESS, case lots are much less (per book AND shipping).
